Anastasiia Yakovlieva is a Ukrainian composer,  pianist, conductor, music director, actress, sound artist, and cultural initiator. Born on March 11, 2007, in Kropyvnytskyi, she moved to Odesa in 2019, completing her secondary education at Fontanskyi Lyceum while simultaneously studying composition at Fontanka Music School under Yulia Zakernychna and Odessa Music School No. 7. In 2024, she won the "Odessa Music Olimp" competition and enrolled at the A. V. Nezhdanova Odesa National Academy of Music, where she studied composition under Professor Karmella Tsepkolenko. To master the holistic interaction of stage arts, she also trained in acting and sound design at the "Theatre on Chayna" in Odessa.

Her work spans contemporary classical music, theatre, cinema, and international artistic exchange, with her original scores distributed across all major streaming platforms. She was a finalist at the "FGF'25" competition in Lviv, where on May 30, my work for solo flute, "I Am Walking into the Unknown..." (dedicated to the Executed Renaissance generation), received its world premiere. She recently completed a concert tour with her programme for string quintet and piano, and premiered a piece for string quintet at the "Musical Space" project in Odesa. Expanding her international focus, she was selected for an Erasmus film project in Poland, where she both performed as an actress and composed original music for key scenes in the film.

Deeply engaged in the Kyiv film and theatre scene, Anastasiia collaborates with prominent Ukrainian directors and actors. She composes for productions at the Karpenko-Karyi National University and independent Kyiv theatres, while also serving as conductor and music director for the student staging of "Cabaret" at KNUKiT. Her initiatives receive key institutional support: the upcoming theatrical production about visionary director Les Kurbas, featuring leading Ukrainian actors, secured a grant from the "Tysiachovesna" foundation for its premiere in Kyiv, where she serves as pianist, co-composer, and creative initiator. Additionally, she writes choral arrangements for the "MUR" theatre project and collaborate with the Dovzhenko Center on scoring Oleksandr Dovzhenko’s classic silent film "In Spring" (1929).

As a cultural manager, she is the founder of the music and theatre project "Veremiya" (@veremiya_team), which aims to foster contemporary Ukrainian art and unite young creators. She also curates an active digital presence via her personal platform (@na_muzychna), promoting theatrical music and advocating for contemporary performing arts. For Anastasiia, art is a vital tool for social action and historical memory, which is why she consistently combines her creative work with educational and charitable initiatives.
