21st Thailand International Composition Festival 2026

The Thailand International Composition Festival (TICF) warmly invites composers from
around the world to submit their works for performance at the 2026 festival.

TICF celebrates the richness of global creativity and affirms our commitment to artistic
diversity. We welcome submissions from composers of all ages, nationalities, genders,
identities, aesthetic perspectives, and musical backgrounds. There are no stylistic
restrictions — we embrace the full spectrum of contemporary musical expression.

Selected works will be performed by distinguished musicians, ensembles, and orchestras
from the College of Music, Mahidol University, internationally recognized for its artistic
excellence and commitment to contemporary music.

We accept works in the following categories:
• Chamber Works (1–5 players)
• Chamber Ensemble (6–15 players)
• Electronics (open instrumentation)
• Thai Traditional Ensemble (up to 12 players)
• Saxophone Ensemble (standard instrumentation)
• Brass Band (standard instrumentation)
• Chamber Orchestra (1.1.1.1 / 1.1.1.0 / 1.1 / 1 / strings)
• Wind Ensemble (standard instrumentation)

Standard instrumentations and typical doublings are accepted. Works in any category may
incorporate electronics. Slight variations in instrumentation within each category may also
be considered.

Deadline: May 10, 2026
Submission Fee:
• $20 USD / score (Chamber Works, Chamber Ensemble, Electronics, Thai Traditional Ensemble, and Saxophone Ensemble)
• $25 USD / score
( Wind Ensemble, Brass Band, and Chamber Orchestra)
