A processing fee of 40 euros must be paid by bank transfer for all applications. Bank détails will be sent on receipt of your application.Three prizewinners, selected on the basis of their applications, will be commissioned to write a piece for percussion et pianos, and will be accompanied by the Xenakis Trio et the pianists Theo Fouchenneret, Jonas Vitaud and Gabriel Durliat during three work sessions at the Fondation Singer-Polignac, which will make its instruments and facilities available for each session. The three works will then be premiered at the closing concert in April 2027.
The aim of the three musicians is to meet and accompany a new generation of composers, providing them with know-how and expertise in writing for percussion, while engaging in contemporary creation.
During the various work sessions, the two composers Graciane Finzi and Claire-Mélanie Sinnhuber will contribute their experience and thoughts on writing for percussion.
