Composer Fellowship Program

Wales-Wyoming Workshops

Deadline

Restrictions

For composers residing in Wales or Wyoming or its neighboring states

The W3 Composer Fellowship is a tuition-free, fully virtual opportunity for emerging composers, created in partnership with the inaugural Tenby International Music Festival (Wales) and Wyoming International Chamber Music Festival (USA). This new transatlantic initiative supports collaboration between composers and performers in the creation and performance of contemporary chamber music.

Two Fellows will be selected—one from Wales and one from Wyoming or its neighboring states. Each will have a new work workshopped and performed at both festivals, with high-quality video and audio recordings provided for portfolio or promotional use. This is a unique chance for emerging composers to gain international exposure and engage with vibrant new music communities on both sides of the Atlantic.

Applicants must be from or currently residing in one of the following areas:
* Wales
* Wyoming
* A state bordering Wyoming (Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, or Utah)
