CORPS À CORPS – A Tribute to Georges Aperghis
Music Theatre Workshop & Concert | Athens | 25–29 May 2026
An international call for composers (up to age 40) to create and present short music-theatre works inspired by the artistic practice of Georges Aperghis.
Selected participants will develop a piece through an intensive workshop process including mentoring, rehearsals, discussions, and public performances, working closely with performers and guest of honor Georges Aperghis.
What to submit
• Completed work, sketch, or concept proposal
• Duo for two instruments chosen from: flute, violin, trombone, double bass
• Max. duration: 8 minutes
• May include voice, text, theatrical gesture, or music-theatre elements

Costs
• No application fee
• Participants cover travel & accommodation (invitation letters available for funding support)
Dates
• Apply by: 20 February
• Results: 23 February
• Final submission: 10 May
