Dentro il suono – The second edition of International Composition Workshop, organised by Associazione Theia under the patronage of the Filiberto and Bianca Menna Foundation, returns for a new edition in Salerno, Italy (31 Aug – 4 Sep 2026). Taught by composer Aureliano Cattaneo (ESMUC, Barcelona), the workshop offers 8 selected composers the opportunity to write and develop an original piece for chamber ensemble or solo instrument, working closely with the teacher and Ensemble Theia. Activities include individual lessons, rehearsals, a reading session, and a public concert. Auditors are also welcome. The venue is the historic Casa del Combattente, in the heart of Salerno, a short walk from the railway station and port, with easy access to Naples, the Amalfi Coast, and Paestum.
