An international residency for artistic research in music, combining online exchange, festival presentations, and an ensemble laboratory at Bled Contemporary Music Week  2027

The enuntiatio.praefatio.formulae residency centers on artistic research in music, bringing together an international group of researchers pursuing independent projects. Participants share their work in online seminars, receive feedback from peers and mentors, and engage with diverse approaches to music and sound. The program culminates at the seventh Bled Contemporary Music Week (Bled, Slovenia, EU) with documented research presentations and participation in the Artistic Research & Ensemble Laboratory for experimentation and exchange with performers.

Format: 

Stage I. & Stage II. [online]

- 16 Online Seminars (3 per month, July – December 2026, Mondays–Wednesdays)

- Presentations by participating researchers

- Open discussions / Q&A

- Plan & preparation for the ensemble laboratory

Stage III. [Bled, Slovenia - Bled Contemporary Music Week]

- Research presentations and lectures at the seventh Bled Contemporary Music Week in Bled, Slovenia, with professional documentation: January 11–15, 2027

- Artistic Research & Ensemble Laboratory with selected members of the .abeceda [New Music Ensemble] performers, providing space for experimentation, improvisation and research: January 11–15, 2027
