At the impuls Academy and its Festival 2025, the ULYSSES Platform supports percussionists SeongYeon Kong and Antonio Gaggiano as part of their ULYSSES Journeys in the events below:
At the impuls Academy and Festival 2025, percussionists SeongYeon Kong and Antonio Gaggiano were involved in various activities as part of their ULYSSES Journeys. First of all the participated in the instrumental class of Christian Dierstein at the impuls Academy. Secondly they were involved in the Special Program „Intermedia Collaboration“, hereby working also with Pierre Jodlowski, PPCM-Ensemble and other young composers and performers. Furthermore, they engaged in another Special Program connected with a Call for Scores for the Trio Accanto-instrumentation, coached by the renowned Trio Accanto and connecting them with young composers on spot for readings as well as intense rehearsals for a couple of selected pieces for a concert. Both Special Programs also led to public performances at the impuls Festival.
