Benedikt Alphart

Benedikt is a composer, sound artist and curator based in Graz, Austria. 

He often works with recorded sounds. Ultrasonic objects and rare geophonic phenomena are the main subjects of his acousmatic compositions and performances. 

As a performer of Live Electronics and sound director he has been active alongside  ensembles such as: Klangforum Wien, Schallfeld Ensemble, LaKT Ensemble, PPCM, etc. 

Since 2023 he has been curating the concert series KULTUM - NEUE MUSIK in Graz, Austria.
